WAITLIST HOTEL
Thank you for choosing to attend Porsche Parade 2021. At this time, the hotels at French Lick are nearly at capacity and many dates are currently not available. In order to best accommodate, we have opened a Waitlist Hotel accessible on the hotel booking site.
The purpose of the Waitlist Hotel is to indicate your interest in a hotel room at French Lick. If you have already attempted to reserve a room and were unable to place your name on a waitlist, you may access the Waitlist Hotel by clicking on the Conference Direct housing link found in your Parade Registration confirmation email. You will be asked to provide your name, contact information, travel dates (arrival and departure), and room type. If you prefer to be placed at a specific hotel once rooms become available, please note your order of preference in the comments field.
Our housing partner, Conference Direct, will strive to accommodate all waitlist requests up until arrival dates. Should a room become available, you will receive a confirmed acknowledgment with details about your hotel room.
Please note that this is not a guaranteed hotel. Requests will be fulfilled based on adding overflow hotel room inventory or when other attendees cancel or change reservations. After booking at the Waitlist hotel, you will receive an email with your waitlist information.
