Refund Policy:  All fees paid will be recorded and deposited at the time of registration.  Parade registrations are not transferable.  100% of your Parade registration fees will be refunded if your emailed cancellation request to the Parade Registrar (registrar@pcaparade.org) is received on or before May 02, 2021 (11:59 pm ET); otherwise there will be a $50 administrative fee incurred.  Banquet/event fees are 100% refunded prior to June 13, 2021.  Once Parade Registration closes on June 13, 2021 (11:59 pm ET), no refunds are available.

 

Housing Cancellation and Refund Policy: Porsche Parade's housing bureau, Conference Direct, will charge a $30 cancellation fee for cancellations made at any time. This charge will appear on your credit card statement as "Convention Services, Folson, CA".

A deposit equal to one (1) night's room ad tax is required to guarantee each reservation. This deposit will be charged by the hotel as early as June 13, 2021.

Should a guest cancel a reservation, the deposit will be refunded if notice is received at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival, and a cancellation number is obtained.
